5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, the wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be met.

For a deposit of ৳6,800, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳11,800; the wagering requirement in this case is ৳5,000 × 25 = ৳1,25,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered 25 times — meaning the bonus amount received multiplied by 25 gives the total amount that must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Neither the bonus nor any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• A deposit must be made within the specified time limit to claim a bonus.
• bb44 bat reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is established, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

6 VIP and Cashback Program

The bb44 bat VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses.

Cashback is calculated on net losses — total weekly losses minus total weekly winnings. For example, if a Silver member has a weekly net loss of ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. VIP tier assignment and upgrades are based on overall activity and usage.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All casino games and sports betting on the bb44 bat platform are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealers, ensuring impartiality and fairness. Each game result is entirely independent and no previous result has any influence on subsequent results.

7.1 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a game result or payment, the member must contact the support team within 24 hours. bb44 bat will investigate based on technical records and communicate the final decision.

7.2 Technical Errors

The outcome of any game interrupted due to server downtime, network issues, or any other technical error will be settled by bb44 bat using its established procedures. In such situations, the decision of bb44 bat shall be considered final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Collecting another member's account information or harassing other members.
• Using bots, automated software, or any hacking tools.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability
